The Imaginal Abundance Institute is the trading name of Campbell Forsyth, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

The Wealth Phobia Screening and any other assessment tools provided on the Site are educational tools designed to help you identify patterns. They are not diagnostic assessments and do not constitute professional financial, medical, or psychological advice.

We offer digital products including, but not limited to: ebooks, practice journals, reference cards, and guided audio recordings (collectively, “Products”).

5.2 Purchase and Payment

All purchases are processed through our third-party merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Payment details are collected and secured by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card information.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service in addition to these Terms.

5.3 Grant of Licence

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

  • Download and store one copy of the Product on your personal devices
  • Print one copy of written materials for your personal use

You may not:

  • Sell, share, loan, rent, transfer, or distribute Products to any third party
  • Upload Products to file-sharing sites or platforms
  • Use Products for commercial purposes, including training, coaching, or resale
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

Sharing our Products constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable copyright law.

5.4 Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately following purchase. You are responsible for downloading and saving your Products.

5.5 Refund Policy

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you have genuinely engaged with the material and are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@imaginalabundance.com within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of apparent abuse (e.g., multiple refund requests, evidence of distribution).

When you subscribe to our email list (via the screening quiz, a free resource, or a purchase), you consent to receive marketing emails from The Imaginal Abundance Institute.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

Our email communications are managed via Kit. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
